Egypt’s No. 8, Elhossiny, was the standout performer with 17 points, including 14 from attacks. He was well supported by Asran (No. 9) with 11 points, and Hamada (No. 5) who also scored 11 points, including 6 from blocks.
On the Moroccan side, Saber (No. 11) was their top scorer with 11 points. Bahid and Ameur added 6 and 8 points respectively, but it was not enough to overturn the result.
