However, the Mauritian side had other plans. Demonstrating remarkable resilience and determination, Rodrigues Oranges fought back fiercely. They captured the third set 25–20, then leveled the match in the fourth with a narrow 25–23 win, shaking the confidence of their Kenyan opponents.
